Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

• All items will be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

• Return Shipping is at the customer’s expense.

• Black Edge Group will not arrange the return shipping.

Exchanges

• All items will be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

• Return Shipping is at the customer’s expense.

• Black Edge Group will not arrange the return shipping for exchanges.

• Exchanges may be subject to any difference in the cost of the sunglasses being paid. This includes any promotions, discounts, or sale items.

Refunds Processing

• Refunds shall be processed within 7 days of the receipt of the returned items.

• It may take more than 2 weeks to be credited in the customer’s account.

• Black Edge Group are not liable for delays in refunds due to external reasons including but not limited to: banking delays, courier delays, account errors, or any other factors outside of our control.
